I’m an IHS-certified Nutritionist & Lifestyle Coach based in Chester, Cheshire in the UK, and I work online with professionals in their 30s to 60s across the UK (and beyond) who are struggling with low energy, gut issues or hormone-related symptoms.

I’ve been a full member of the UK & International Health Coaches Association (UKIHCA) since 2019. The services I provide help you optimise your:

Why I’m Passionate About Health & Wellness:

Having worked in high-pressure corporate roles, I’ve seen how stress and burnout can destroy health for everyone. Additionally, as a husband of 20 years and proud dad of two teenage daughters, I’ve become very aware of the struggles many women face at each stage of life – from PCOS and endometriosis in the teenage years, to post-partum issues after childbirth, and the peri- and post-menopause.

I see how often these symptoms are downplayed or brushed aside, even when they’re having a big impact on energy, digestion, sleep, mood and overall quality of life.

I’m passionate about changing this – combining up-to-date nutrition and lifestyle science with a very personalised, practical approach, so you have the clear plan and support you need to feel more like yourself again.

My 1-to-1 online health coaching programme is designed for people who are ready to look a bit deeper than quick fixes and generic plans.

When you work with me, you can expect:

    I start by getting a detailed picture of your health history, current symptoms, routines, food preferences, work patterns, stress levels and sleep. Nothing is rushed.
  • A tailored plan, not a one-size-fits-all diet
    I don’t deliver ‘template’ meal plans or extreme diets. Instead, we focus on realistic changes to your eating, movement, stress management and sleep that fit your life and are sustainable.
  • Clear explanations in plain English
    I translate the latest research on hormones, gut health, metabolic health and circadian rhythm into simple explanations, so you understand why we’re focusing on certain changes.
  • Support and accountability
    During our sessions you have space to review what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s getting in the way. Together we adjust the plan so it stays achievable and keeps moving you forward.
  • Independent, unbiased guidance
    I don’t sell supplements or products, so any suggestions I make are based solely on what I believe will genuinely help you.

My Background & Experience:

Before becoming a full-time health coach, I spent many years working in demanding corporate environments. I’ve seen first-hand how long hours, sitting for most of the day, constant emails and high stress gradually drain people’s health.

I retrained with the Institute of Health Sciences (IHS) and completed my Diploma in Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching (NLC), so I could support people more directly with their health. Since then I’ve worked with clients one-to-one, helping them restore energy, improve gut health and navigate hormonal changes with more confidence.

Alongside individual coaching, I have also delivered talks and workshops for organisations on topics such as energy, stress resilience, sleep and nutrition. This experience helps me understand the real pressures my clients face in the workplace and design plans that work in busy, modern life.
